Our Story
The Max-a-Million Foundation
Mashira Taylor is a Blogger, Motivational Speaker, Child Loss Advocate and CEO/Founder of the Max a Million (M.A.M) Foundation. She experienced heart break, extreme anxiety, and feeling undeserving of happiness with no purpose after the unexpected passing of her son.
Richard Maxwell Taylor III affectionately known as Max passed away on February 17, 2017. After Max's passing Mashira felt herself going down a dark and unhealthy path, until July 2018 when she hosted a vision board party. At this party Mashira's vision for her life became more clear and she began restoring her mind body and sou from the inside out. On her healing journey she did adventurous things to let off steam, prayed often, and formed and intimate circle of close friends that she could be vulnerable with.
After her powerful healing transformation Mashira founded the M.A.M Foundation. to offer unique services to grieving mothers following in her footsteps of child loss. Someone once said " There is power is storytelling", Mashira believes "there is healing in storytelling". The Max a Million Foundation is just the beginning of her story.

Meet Max
My Little Red Cardinal
Richard Maxwell Taylor III affectionately known as Max, was a tender and warmed hearted little boy. Max was born with a congenital heart disease and passed away at the tender or age of 3 on February 17, 2017. He had the "I can do it" attitude that many adults wish they possessed. His smile was always present, and his hands were always helping. His spirit is very present and lives on through M.A.M.F.
